Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Gerard A. Laflamme, Inc., Manchester, NH, for a total price not to exceed $422,000, for Emergency Backup Generator Power to New Boilers, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $19,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $441,000. (3) Further authorize a payment of $24,480 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $465,480. Effective upon G&C approval through October 29, 2023. 100% Capital Funds
