Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Rockwell Roofing, Inc., Leominster, MA, for a total price not to exceed $1,030,000, for Statewide Courthouse Roof Replacements NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $100,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $1,130,000. (3) Further authorize a payment of $29,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $1,159,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2023. 100% Capital Funds
