Authorize to enter into an agreement with HDR Architecture, Inc., Omaha, NE, for a total price not to exceed $1,576,530, for design and construction administration services for the APRA Youth Development Center Replacement, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $150,000 for unanticipated design expenses, bringing the total to $1,726,530. (3) Further authorize a payment of $67,000 for engineering services.
