Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services, LLC, Washington, DC (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Tabled Item #7A), for consultation services to support long-term strategic efforts designed to improve the quality of services delivered to State citizens and increase operational efficiencies, by exercising a contract renewal option, increasing the price limitation by $13,820,000 from $13,820,000 to $27,640,000, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
