Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/19/19, Item #24), for continued surveillance and activities related to preventing youth access to and use of tobacco and alcohol products, by increasing the price limitation by $143,000 from $608,000 to $751,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
