Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into an amendment to an existing Memorandum of Understanding with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, and the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, Item #33), to continue assisting individuals with Substance Use Disorder, who are either re-entering the community after being incarcerated in the state correctional system, participating in the New Hampshire Family Treatment Court Program or the New Hampshire Drug Court Program, with obtaining temporary housing, by increasing the price limitation by $950,000 from $2,850,000 to $3,800,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
