Description

Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with The Prevention Certification Board of New Hampshire, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/7/15, Item #20A), for the continued provision of the Prevention Specialist Mentorship Program, by increasing the price limitation by $12,000 from $128,307 to $140,307 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2023, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
