Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital for itself and on behalf of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C 6/10/20, Item #12), to continue to provide Alliance on Innovation in Maternal Health patient safety bundles to reduce maternal mortality, by increasing the price limitation by $434,556 from $325,226 to $759,782 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
