Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA (originally approved by G&C on 10/21/20, Item #15), for preventative and corrective maintenance, and repairs, to the Public Health Laboratories MiSeq instrument used to detect COVID-19 variants and other diseases, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $62,061.58 from $37,052 to $99,113.58 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to July 31, 2025.
