Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Becton, Dickinson and Company, Sparks, MD (originally approved by G&C on 10/21/15, Item #11A), for continued preventative maintenance and repair service of the BD MGIT 320 analyzer and the provision of reagent kits and supplies needed to perform laboratory testing for Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other infectious diseases by increasing the price limitation by $14,975 from $321,318 to $336,293 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2028.
