Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/16/22, Item #32), to continue the development and implementation of the Mass-Media Campaigns to Promote Vaping Prevention and Treatment to Pre-Teens and Adolescents, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $440,000 from $515,000 to $955,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
