Authorize to enter into a contract with Daniels Equipment Company, Inc., Auburn, NH, in the amount of $22,310 for provision of semi-annual preventative maintenance and repair services, including emergency repairs, on the commercial laundry equipment at the Glencliff Home, with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
