Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to accept and expend a grant retroactive from January 20, 2020, in the amount of $15, awarded under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) and administered via the Federal Aviation Administration, to cover airport operating expenses at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. (2) Further authorize to retroactively amend a grant to the City of Lebanon, NH, for CRRSA Act funding to offset a decline in revenues arising from diminished airport operations and activities as a result of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency for the Lebanon Municipal Airport. Effective upon G&C approval through April 12, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
