Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with All States Construction, Inc., Sunderland, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $2,042,153.74, for pavement resurfacing of 7.1 miles of roadway on NH 101 in Dublin, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $102,107.69 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2023. 100% Federal Funds
