Description
Authorize the Office of the Executive Director to amend existing agreements with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 15, 2023, in an amount not to exceed the shared price limitation of $150,000 to continue providing Dental Anesthesia Inspection services, statewide for the OPLC, with the option to renew for up to three additional years.
