Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to a contract with Accenture, LLP, Chicago, IL (originally approved by G&C 6/24/20, Item #94A), for the implementation of the NHLC’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solution as well as for the post-implementation support and maintenance and extend the time line for D365 implementation by twelve months by adding an “Additional Cutover Support” phase to the contract schedule to provide additional support for end-user testing and Microsoft version updates and provide additional training to the NHLC and Department of Information Technology staff. This amendment increases the contract price limitation by $1,946,262 from $14,955,054 to an amended price limitation of $16,901,316.
