Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Guidehouse, Inc., Falls Church, VA (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #64), in order to retain Guidehouse as a consultant and supportive resource for the State concerning COVID-19 federal relief funds, with an emphasis on American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, by increasing the price limitation by $8,541,000 from $3,500,000 to $12,041,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30 ,2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
