Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to revise the initial contract completion date with ProMiles Software Development Corporation (ProMiles), Bridge City, TX (originally approved by G&C on 6/7/17, Item #49, archived document ) for design, testing, installation, and maintenance services for the Oversize/Overweight Permitting System for the Division of Operations, by extending the completion date from October 29, 2025 to August 12, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a time extension only, no new funding. DOJ-Reviewed Supplemental Materials
