Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Quadient, Inc., Milford, CT, in an amount up to and not to exceed $6,585,411.50, with the option to extend for two additional years, for mailroom equipment supplies and maintenance through a participating agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials Value Point. Effective upon G&C approval retroactive to January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027.
