Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Maximus US Services, Inc., Reston, VA (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #13), to provide comprehensive assessments for treatment and related confirmations to determine whether children, youth, or young adults are in need of behavioral health residential treatment services in the least restrictive and most appropriate level of care, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $1,542,612 from $1,274,668 to $2,817,280 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
