Authorize to amend an existing contract with Myers and Stauffer LC, Kansas City, MO (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #26), to continue to provide rate build-up rate setting services, as applicable to the §1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services Waivers program for development services by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $731,028 from $405,609 to $1,136,637 and extending the completion date from November 30, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
