Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/21/21, Item #18), to continue providing chronic disease prevention and management professional training and development opportunities, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $1,885,830 from $994,723 to $2,880,553 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds
