Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract between NHES and Telelanguage, Inc., (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #108), to reflect the acquisition of Telelanguage, Inc. by Propio LS, LLC and increase the price limitation by $22,500 from $30,000 to $52,500, with no change to the completion date, for telephone interpretation services at NHES offices statewide. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
