Authorize the Division of Travel and Tourism Development to amend an existing contract by exercising a two-year contract renewal option with Reach Global Marketing LTD, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (originally approved by G&C on 6/2/21, Item #86), for Canadian public relations and trade services, by increasing the price limitation by $400,000 from $400,000 to $800,000 and extending the contract end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
