Authorize the transfer of $115,000 from the New Hampshire Fish and Game Reserve to the Fish and Game FY 2023 Operating Budget to cover the cost of the significant increase in utility costs at all six hatchery facilities and to cover the anticipated deficit in the cost of fuel supplied at the Department of Transportation fuel pumps used to fuel the fleet of vehicles. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Fish and Game Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on April 21, 2023.
