Description
Authorize the Division of Historical Resources to accept and expend American Rescue Plan Act, State Fiscal Recovery Funds in the amount of $500,000 for the development and implementation of a cultural resources information system referred to as a comprehensive Digital Online User Generated Review and Compliance System (DOUG R&C). (2) Further authorize to amend American Rescue Plan Act, State Fiscal Recovery Funds (originally approved by G&C on 3/9/22, Item #62), to repurpose $251,000, to be used to fund the DHR DOUG Project request above. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on April 21, 2023.
