Description
Authorize to amend a loan agreement with the Town of Antrim, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #132), by increasing the loan amount by $600,000 from $2,148,000 to $2,748,000 to finance water system improvements under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Repayment Funds. (2) Further authorize to amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant with the Town of Antrim, by extending the completion date to December 1, 2024 from June 1, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
