Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Enthalpy Analytical, LLC, North Little Rock, AR (originally approved by G&C on 5/15/24, Item #107, archived document ) by increasing the contract amount of $200,000 from $200,000 to $400,000 to fund additional laboratory analytical services for emerging contaminants in source water protection areas. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
