Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to accept and expend $138,136 in pass-through Federal Grant Funds from the 2022 State Homeland Security Grant Program to enhance Emergency Door Access at Critical Infrastructure as well as Cyber-Attack Mitigation. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Intra Agency Transfers. Fiscal Committee approved on April 21, 2023.
