Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Strafford Regional Planning Commission, Rochester, NH, for a total amount of $30,000, to update the hazard mitigation plans for the Towns of Northwood, Madbury, and the City of Rochester. Effective upon G&C approval through August 4, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
