Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Career Development and Adult Education to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Nashua Adult Learning Center, Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #136, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $56,910.96 from $1,778,984.87 to $1,835,895.83 to continue providing adult education and literacy programs as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, with no change to the end date.
