Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with the Contractor as detailed in the letter dated March 28, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $163,400 for legal representation for individuals subject to revocation of conditional discharge, emergency medication administration, or emergency transfer from New Hampshire Hospital to the Secure Psychiatric Unit, by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total shared price limitation by $102,600 from $60,800 to $163,400 and extending the completion dates from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2022, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
