Description
Authorize to amend an existing Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Corrections, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #9), to continue supporting parental education programs for incarcerated residents of the New Hampshire State Prison, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $200,000 from $200,000 to $400,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
