Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/13/19, Item #12), to continue providing services to the Department’s Oral Health Program in order to implement activities funded through the Federal Grants, by decreasing the price limitation by $10,000 from $5,070,833 to $5,060,833 and by extending the completion date from August 31, 2023 to August 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
