Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #37), which was originally competitively bid, to add funding and provide an additional temporary staff position to support a variety of public health programs within the Department, by increasing the price limitation by $4,240,062 from $10,164,532 to $14,404,594 with no change to the contract completion date of December 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
