Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to hold an organized meeting on May 18, 2023 at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds, New Boston, NH, for a total conference cost not to exceed $19,250 for the purpose of recognizing and training Department of Transportation employees. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 87.5% Highway Funds, 12.5% Turnpike Funds. (2) Further authorize to accept free use of the Hillsborough County Agricultural Fairgrounds, with a reported value of $1,800, for the NHDOT Safety Plow Rally on May 18, 2023.
