Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, for a fee not to exceed $190,235, for a cooperative evaluation to develop and experimentally validate concrete mix designs to mitigate cracking in bridge curbs and decks and lower early age cracking potentials. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
