Description
Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to accept and expend funds from the 2024 Homeland Security Grant Program in the amount of $125,000. This funding will be awarded to the Regional Hazardous Materials Response Teams to conduct standardized training for hazardous materials technicians statewide. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Intra-Agency Transfer. Fiscal Committee approved on October 17, 2025.
