Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $695,335 for guardrail replacement north and southbound along the Spaulding Turnpike in Dover and Rochester. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $34,766.75 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 27, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds.
