Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Labor, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with i3-ImageSoft, LLC, Southfield, MI (originally approved by G&C on 5/6/20, Item #72), increasing the price limitation by $492,005 from $1,177,296.41 to $1,669,301.41, with no change to the contract end date, for additional design, development, and implementation services to the DOL’s Electronic Document Management System. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
