Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the County of Merrimack, 333 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH, in the amount of $1,000,000 to support the acquisition and rehabilitation of a building into eight units of permanent supportive housing for a project known as the Pleasant Street Project located at 120 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
