Authorize to accept and expend additional Federal Funds in the amount of $4,232,260 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services as part of the Low-Income Fuel Assistance Program Consolidated Appropriations Act Disaster Supplemental Release. (2) Further authorize the Division of Policy and Programs to create one temporary full-time Program Specialist II to assist the state’s Fuel Assistance Program Manager. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 21, 2023.
