Description

Authorize to enter into a contract with Foster Sustainable Energy, LLC, Concord, NH, for an amount not to exceed $39,645.50, to provide assistance for monitoring of subgrantees and revising the Department’s Policies & Procedures Manual, with the option to extend the contract for up to two additional years. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
