Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source Contract Agreement with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, Item #35), by increasing the price limitation by $1,567,859 from $2,405,759 to $3,973,618 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and from remaining regular program year funds. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds.
