Authorize to enter into a lease renewal agreement in the amount not to exceed $1,201,602.50 with FiveKph, LLC, Portsmouth, NH for +/- 9,809 square feet of office space located at 53 Regional Drive, Suite 200, Concord, NH; the lease rate will be $23.50 per square foot with a $0.50 escalation every year.
