Description
Authorize a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with North Conway Water Precinct in an amount not to exceed $390,963, to finance the Saco River Erosion Mitigation project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin. Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
