Description
Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to a contract with Windsor Solutions, Inc., Tigard, OR (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #76), by increasing the contract by $120,000 to $175,000 from $55,000; revising the scope of work and extending the end date to June 30, 2026 from June 30, 2023, to purchase the newest State and Local Emission Inventory System (SLEIS) software and to pay for three one-year license and maintenance fees for the SLEIS software. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds.
