Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with FACTS Education Solutions, LLC, Lincoln, NE, in the amount not to exceed $956,340, to deliver fiscal agent services on behalf of the New Hampshire Department of Education to eligible participants of the sponsored training for LETRS Elementary Educators and LETRS Early Childhood Educators being provided through the contract with Lexia Learning Systems, LLC. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
