Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into grant agreements with the local entities as detailed in the letter dated March 23, 2023, in the amount not to exceed $86,000 for Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness grants to municipalities. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
