Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the Town of Bath Police Department, Bath, NH, in an amount not to exceed $24,993, from the Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Byrne Discretionary Community Project Funding/Byrne Discretionary Grant Program, for the purpose of funding activities surrounding the purchase of law enforcement equipment, supplies, and trainings. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
